February 2008; A 30’ juvenile sperm whale washed up dead on a local, pristine Crescent City, CA beach. Scientists determined it starved to death from injesting plastic. Organic Essence became concerned and knew that single use plastic needed to be diminished worldwide. Immediately, Organic Essence invented fiber based eco jars and eco tubes to solve the dilemma. Organic Essence’s eco jars and eco tubes are recyclable with paper products or you can safely throw them into your urban/home composter.
